Twenty real questions.
Find out where you stand.

Straight from the AMC Part 1 bank, with the full explanation on every option the moment you answer. At the end you get your weakest topic by name, not a score and a sales pitch.

Progress is not saved until you create an account. Your answers carry over when you do.

Respiratory · Question 700:42

A 34-year-old woman presents with pleuritic chest pain three days after a long-haul flight. She is tachycardic, her oxygen saturation is 94% on room air, and her Wells score is 6.

Immediate CT pulmonary angiogram
Commence therapeutic anticoagulation
CRepeat the D-dimer in 24 hours
DDischarge with outpatient follow-up
EVentilation-perfusion scan in the morning

Why B, and why not A

A high Wells score with hypoxia warrants empirical anticoagulation before imaging, unless bleeding risk forbids it. Every option carries its own explanation, so a lucky guess still teaches you something.

20 questions from the real bank

Not a sampler written for the website. The same questions a subscriber sees, at the same difficulty.

Every option explained

Including the four you did not pick. Getting one right by luck still leaves you knowing why the others were wrong.

Your weakest topic, named

At the end, the specialty you scored lowest in and your accuracy in it, taken from your answers rather than a sample report.

Is there a catch?

No card, no email, no trial that starts billing quietly. The session runs in your browser and the questions are the real ones.

The one limit is that guest progress is not stored anywhere durable. Create an account when you are done and these twenty answers move across with you. That is the only thing we are asking for, and only after you have seen the questions.
